1 Remove screw/bolt (4) of multifunction antenna (A28/11).
2 Remove holder (5) from multifunction antenna (A28/11).

1 Red GPS antenna plug
2 Blue two-way radio antenna plug
3 Black telephone antenna plug
4 Screw
5 Bracket
A28/11 Multifunction antenna






3 Route antenna lines of multifunction antenna (A28/11) through opening in roof into vehicle interior.
4 Position multifunction antenna (A28/11) above opening in roof.
Check that sealing for multifunction antenna (A28/11) is correctly seated, as otherwise leaks may occur.






5 Position holder (5) on multifunction antenna and tighten multifunction antenna with screw (4).
Do not damage the antenna lines of the multifunction antenna with the holder (5) through jamming them, as otherwise the reception quality of the terminals will be impaired.
Observe specified tightening torque.






6 Route antenna line with red GPS antenna plug (1), as shown, into the cable duct (6) of the top right C-pillar.
7 Route antenna line with red GPS antenna plug (1), as shown, further along the C-pillar and downwards.
8 Route antenna line with black telephone antenna plug (3), as shown, into the cable duct (6) of the top left C-pillar.
9 Route antenna line with black telephone antenna plug (3), as shown, further along the C-pillar and downwards.
The antenna line with the red GPS antenna plug (1) and the antenna line with the black telephone antenna plug (3) are routed further at a later stage.






10 Fasten antenna line with red GPS antenna plug using cable ties (7) to vehicle wiring harness (8).
11 Use felt tape (9) to fasten antenna line with black telephone antenna plug to body.
