- Switch off ignition.
- Detach coupling at component B76/1 (Condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element).
- Connect adapter cable no. 646 589 00 63 00 to engine wiring harness B76/1 (Condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element).
- Measure direct voltage with multimeter between sockets (B76/1x1) 1 and (B76/1x1) 3
- Switch on ignition.
