AR03.10-P-6111-02L Tightening conrod screws









1 Coat thread and head contact surface of screw with engine oil.
2 ED Apply a preliminary tightening torque to the connecting rod bolts (1 st stage, 2nd stage).
3 Tighten conrod screws with a torquing angle wrench. m If no torquing angle wrench is available, the Conrad screws can be torqued further by the specified angle in a single operation using a wrench and tommy bar. Do not use a flexi-rod torque wrench for tightening in order to avoid any angle errors.
