Complaint:

Exterior lights constantly on sometimes. Possible components:

- Low beams

- Front fog lamp

- High beams

The washer fluid pump and the headlamp cleaning system are also potentially affected.

The above functions cannot be deactivated. This results in discharge of the battery.

Cause:

Hardware fault in driver-side SAM

Remedy:

Replace the Front SAM as per EPC.
