AZ88.30-P-0003-04CW Retrofit Rear Mud Guards

Repair Materials:

1. Remove vehicle's own expansion rivets (6), vehicle's own plastic nut (11) and vehicle's own bolt (12).

Parts are still required.

2. Loosen protective foil (4) on adhesive strips on rear mud guards (2) from corners, as shown in figure, and position so that ends of protective foil (4) extend beyond outer edge of rear mud guards (4)

Operation step 2 is omitted on rear mud guards (2) not equipped with adhesive strips with protective foil (4).

3. Clean rear bumper in area of rear mud guards (2) with cleaning agent specified.
4. Position rear mud guard (2) on rear bumper, as shown in picture, and fasten with expansion rivets (6), plastic nut (11) and bolt (12).
5. Remove entire protective foil (4) from adhesive strips on rear mud guards (2) and uniformly press adhesive strips against rear bumper (2)

Operation step 5 is omitted on rear mud guards (2) not equipped with adhesive strips with protective foil (4).

On vehicles with rear muffler, replace vehicle's own expansion rivet on right front bottom bumper bracket with expansion rivet indicated in parts ordering notes. Rear bumper must be dry, free of dust and grease in the area of the rear mud guards (2).
