AR72.10-P-1950-06V Basic Setting Of Front Window

Commercially Available Tools:

1. Move crank window (1) up until bolts (2) are accessible.
2. Mark installation position of wedge shims (3) in relation to corresponding clamping jaws (4) and loosen bolts (2).

Loosen bolt (2) only so that the crank window (1) can still be moved.Do not change installation position of wedge shims (3).

3. Move crank window (1) to upper end position and move to stop toward front against front guide rail.
4. Mark installation position of crank window (1) in relation to outer sealing rail (5) and move crank window (1) approx. 2 mm toward rear.
5. Lower crank window (1) until bolts (2) are accessible.
6. Tighten bolts (2) with specified tightening torque.

If necessary, correct installation position of wedge shims (3) using markings.
