Function
By actuating the unlock button on the transmitter key (A8/1) the actuation request is received by the left front IR receiver (A26/1) and is transmitted to the left front door control unit (N69/1). It then actuates the left front power window motor (M10/3) in the "opening" direction and simultaneously relays the opening request to the left front door control unit (N69/2), left rear door control unit (N69/3) and right rear door control unit (N69/4).
The corresponding door control units then actuate the
^ Right front power window motor (M10/4)
^ Left rear power window motor (M10/5)
^ Right rear power window motor (M10/6)
in the "opening " direction. The power window motors are actuated as long as the button on the transmitter key (A8/1) is pressed, however, max. 25 s. The power window comfort opening function is not performed with when the windows are not normalized.
The convenience opening function is aborted if
^ the request is no longer received via interior CAN..
^ the so-called function requirements are no longer fulfilled.
On model 211.6 the number of power window motors and door control units in the rear can vary depending on the equipment and special body.
