Component Identification:

The support washer (3c), contact rubber (3d) and spring cup (3e) must be mounted on the shock absorber (2).

1 Measure the dimension (M) from the center of the bore on the lower fork up to the spring support surface on the spring cup (3e) on the old shock absorber (2).
2 Install support ring (3a) on new shock absorber (2) with dimension identical to measured dimension (M) on old shock absorber (2).

Do not overstretch support ring (3a).
