Risk of death caused by high voltages at piezo injectors
Piezo injectors operate at a dangerous voltage level. Contacts with such parts can result in burns, heart fibrillation or cardiac arrest.

Safety instructions/precautions
- People with cardiac pacemakers must not perform any work on the piezo injectors
- Switch ignition off before commencing any work on the piezo
- When working on a running engine or while engine is running at cranking speed (starter speed), do not touch or dismantle components of the piezo injectors
- Wear safety shoes (with rubber soles).
- Detach the crankshaft position sensor connection either at the control unit or at the position sensor.
- Do not install any electrically conducting, uninsulated adapters at the piezo injectors.
