Validity New tolerances in Star Diagnosis only affects the WSS TRW Bizerba 1 control unit used on 164/251 and 211/219 vehicles.

Complaint:
Unable to calibrate weight sensing seat (WSS).
Cause:
In DAS 04/09 tolerances were added to calibration procedure. (+/- 8kg) This may reject the attempt at calibrating the weight sensing seat due to the weight being out of tolerance.
Remedy:
To repair vehicle, follow either of the procedures below.
Remedy # 1: Backdate Star Diagnosis to 03/09.
Remedy # 2: Request a password and instructions from the TAC hotline or Helpdesk.
