Blower Motor: Service and Repair

AR83.25-P-1200T Remove/Install Blower Motor







1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Remove cover below instrument panel (right)
3 Disconnect electrical connector (1)
4 Unscrew screws from blower base (2)
5 Remove blower base (2)
6 Unscrew screws (3) and remove blower motor (A32m1) with blower regulator (A32n1)

NOTE: Do not place blower motor (A32m1) on fan wheel since the blower motor (A32m1) will otherwise be unbalanced.

7 Remove electronic blower regulator (A32n1) from blower motor (A32m1)
8 Install in the reverse order
9 Perform function check.
