Application of sealing compound to cylinder head cover:

The retighten line (A) identifies the sealant run.

Sealing surfaces must be free of oil and grease. Apply sealing compound to surfaces as a bead 1.5 mm (± 0.5 mm) wide. The sealing compound must be applied within 10 min. The sealing compound bead must not be spread.
