1. Connect connector of supply wiring harness (1) with Quickpark control unit (10).
2. Fasten Quickpark control unit (10) to right-hand side piece using double-sided adhesive tape.

Bonding surfaces must be pre-treated in accordance with adhesive tape manufacturer's instructions.







3. Lever off cover of rear shelf and use a suitable tool to shorten the retaining lug so as to preclude the risk of damage to the warning tone speaker in the installed state (see arrow in picture).

Do not scratch the top surface of the cover.







4. Insert warning tone speaker into opening in left rear shelf reinforcement and fix with double-sided adhesive tape under the opening for the cover retaining lug.

Bonding surfaces must be pre-treated in accordance with adhesive tape manufacturer's instructions.

5. Connect warning tone speaker branch-off line (17) to warning tone volume "Medium".
6. Fix warning tone speaker branch-off line (17).

Depending on the fitting point or customer request the warning tone volume can be switched over to "Loud" or "Quiet".







7. Route sensor wiring harness (5) to bumper reinforcement and fasten with cable ties so that it cannot chafe or make noises.
8. Connect couplings with rubber seals of sensor wiring harness (5) to sensors (3).

The rubber seals must be installed over the sensor connectors so that the connections are watertight.







9. Remove rubber plug from the opening in the trunk floor.
10. Route sensors wiring harness (5) in through the opening and seal opening with the grommet (12) attached to the sensors wiring harness.

Only vehicles with Keyless-Go
11. Detach Keyless-Go wiring harness from Keyless-Go control unit and unpin line from coupling. Pass line through rubber grommet on wiring harness (5). Reattach sensor wiring harness (5), pin into coupling and connect to Keyless-Go control unit.







12. Remove connector of vehicle wiring harness at left taillamp.







13. Unpin brown line from vehicle wiring harness at left taillamp and pin into chamber 2 of the supplied coupling (8).
14. Unpin yellow line from vehicle wiring harness from connector at left taillamp and pin into chamber 1 of the supplied coupling (8).
15. Connect coupling (8) to connector (9) of supply wiring harness (1).
16. Pin brown line (6) into vacant chamber 3 of connector of vehicle wiring harness.
17. Pin yellow/gray line (7) into vacant chamber 6 of connector of vehicle wiring harness.
18. Reconnect connector to taillamp.







19. Connect connector (15) of supply wiring harness (1) to coupling (13) of sensors wiring harness (5).

Do not damage or crush the wiring harness when routing and fixing.
