Special Tools:

Check

1. Unscrew bolts (2) and remove cover (3).
2. Loosen outer sealing rail (4) from rear fender with mounting wedge and remove
Ensure that adhesive seam in the front area of the outer sealing rail (4) is not damaged, otherwise moisture can penetrate and cause corrosion damage.

3. Check dimension "C" between rear side window (1) and belt line of rear fender.

Adjust

4. Remove cover (5) and loosen nut (6).
For this purpose, raise vehicle with lifting platform.

5. Loosen nut (7) and bolt (8) one after the other.
6. Accordingly, adjust rear side window (1) together with power window until dimension "c" is adjusted.
7. Tighten bolt (8) and nuts (6, 7) with specified tightening torque.
