The passenger-side front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2) is connected to the Controller Area Network Bus class B (interior) (CAN-B) and performs the following tasks:

Controlling
^ Seat adjustment functions
^ Recording and storing the actual position and moving to the front passenger seat stored positions.

Reading in the
^ Hall sensors of the motors (M28/1, M28/2, M28/3 and M28/5)

Reading in the
^ Seat adjustment switch group, right side (S23) with the following switches:
- front seat raise/lower switch (S23s2)
- seat fore/aft switch (S23s3)
- rear seat raise/lower switch (S23s4)
- backrest switch (S23s5)
- memory switch (S23s6)
- memory button 1,2,3 switch (S23s7)

Switching consumers using relays
^ Right front seat fore/aft adjustment motor (M28/1)
^ Right rear seat height adjustment motor (M28/2)
