AR67.20-P-3001-01V Install Upper Sealing Frame For Rear Window On Vario Roof

Repair Materials:

1. Moisten upper sealing frame (1) with lubricant.
2. Install shaped corner element (2) on upper sealing frame (1) on both corners on rear window frame (3).
3. Install side channels (4, 5) of upper sealing frame (1) on stay (6) on rear window frame (3).
4. Press sealing base (7) over stay (8).
5. Press lip (9) of upper sealing frame (1). below rear window with long wedge (11).
Lip (9) should fold down completely below rear window (11).

6. Install upper sealing frame (1) on lateral section of rear window frame (3) on stay (6).
Install upper sealing frame (1) toward center of rear window from each corner.

7. Press sealing base (12) over stay (8).
8. Press lip (13) of upper sealing frame (1) below rear window with long wedge (11).
The lip (13) should be located below the rear window (11) as shown.
