Replace self-locking nuts to prevent loosening and thus damage to the propeller shaft.

1 Fill cavities of centering sleeve with multipurpose grease.
2 Attach front propeller shaft to flexible coupling on transmission.

Note installation position.

3 Tighten bolts on propeller shaft.

Use open end wrench to counterhold nuts.
