Switching on meter

Start Screen:

1 Switch on electronic propeller shaft articulation angle meter To do this, press the ON button.

The version and the serial number are displayed for several seconds. Either the selection menu or main menu then appears, depending on which meter you are using

2 Press the STEP button.

"Articulation angle" "Measurement" is selected.

Erasing memory

Main Menu Screen:

The "Erase memory" function allows you to erase the memory before measuring an angle for the second time. But this is not absolutely essential, as after the first angle is stored the angles from the previous measurement are erased from the memory. The memory is likewise erased if the measuring instrument is switched off in the meantime.

3 Press the MEMORY button.

The values saved in the memory are displayed.

The values of the preceding articulation angle measurement are displayed.

4 Press SAVE button.

Inquiry Screen:

You are asked to confirm that you want to erase the memory before the values are actually deleted.

5 Press the STEP button.

The memory is erased.

Confirmation Screen:

The confirmation that you want to erase the memory is displayed for a short time. The main menu then appears again.
