Headlamp Washer Switch

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of no headlamp washer switch located on the left side of the dashboard, this is due to a modification change on Model Year 2008 vehicles. Do not replace any parts or submit repairs for warranty. The headlamp washer can now be operated from the windshield wiper/washer stalk on the steering wheel. See below, or the specific vehicle's operator's manual, for headlamp washer functionality:

The headlamps will automatically be cleaned with a high-pressure water jet when:

^ the headlamps are switched on,

^ the windshield washer fluid has been operated five times (for model 204, when the washer fluid is operated the first time and every 10th time).

Note:
The washer fluid counter will reset when the ignition is switched off or when the headlamps are switched off.
