MB information, function
The aim of the information call service is to offer the user a quick and convenient way to contact the Mercedes-Benz Customers Assistance Center (CAC).
The information call is triggered manually by the driver. By pressing the MB-Info button (S93/6s1) in the center armrest next to the telephone handset (A34) a connection is automatically established to the CAC by the telecommunications control unit (N112) via the cell phone network (D-net). This pure voice connection can be used to request all the available information related to the vehicle at no charge.

^ Information on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
^ Offers on leasing or financing
^ Information brochures on accessories for DaimlerChrysler vehicles
^ Inquiries about Mercedes Card services
^ Complaints

The information call service is only available when the system is authorized.
