Repair Materials:

1. Check glass roof (1) for damage and scratches.
2. Install cup suction tool (3) on outside of glass roof (1).
3. Install seal (2) on glass roof (1) into groove only at front in area "A" with mounting wedge; fasten seal (2) on left and right on glass roof (1) with adhesive tape.

Use lubricant

4. Apply cleaner from repair kit with lint-free rag in gluing area on glass roof, then rub dry with second rag.
5. Apply primer to adhesive surfaces on glass roof (1).

Allow primer to flash off for at least 10 minutes to prevent adhesion problems.

6. Cut off adhesive material residues on panoramic roof frame (4) with multicutter and cutting blade; remove loose adhesive material.

Not more than 0.5 mm must remain.

7. Apply cleaner from repair kit with lint-free rag in gluing area on panoramic roof frame, then rub dry with second rag.
8. Repair paint damage on panoramic roof frame (1) with primer pen.
9. If adhesive material residues are damaged or missing on panoramic roof frame (4), apply primer in gluing area. To avoid paint adhesion problems, adhesive surfaces should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other co-adhesive components or dirt residues.
