Front Door Latch: Adjustments

AR72.10-P-4011-02P Adjust Clearance

Front Door:

Component Identification:

1. Remove cap above release lever bolt (4).
2. Loosen bolt on release lever (4).

Left door, right-hand thread, right door, left-hand thread.

3. Completely pull door handle toward outside.
4. Release door handle abruptly from maximum pulled position.
5. Manually push door handle against door paneling with moderate force.
6. Tighten bolt on release lever (4).
7. Install cap above bolt on release lever (4).
