AZ82.60-P-0006-03T Retrofit MOST Fiber Optic Cable Wiring Harness
AZ82.60-P-0006-03T Retrofit MOST Fiber Optic Cable Wiring Harness
Risk of breakage: Do not kink or stretch fiber optic cables and do not route them over sharp edges. The bending radius must not be smaller than 25 mm. Clamps or tie straps for securing the fiber optic cables must not be fastened too tightly.
Component Identification:
1 Unclip cover (24) in direction of arrow from fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness to be retrofitted.
2 Release catch tab (25) of fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) and remove fiber optic cable module IN (22) from fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness to be retrofitted.
The fiber optic cable module OUT (23) remains in the fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness to be retrofitted.
Component Identification:
3 Expose on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) on control unit plate.
A number is printed at the end of each on-board fiber optic cable module.
4.1 On vehicles with more than one on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) on the control unit plate, the on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) having an on-board fiber optic cable module with number XX14 or number 14 must be determined.
Shown on model 211.0 with an on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) on the control unit plate
5 Unclip cover (24) from on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) in direction of arrow.
6 Release catch tab (25) of fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) and remove on-board fiber optic cable module with number XX14 or with number 14 (26) from on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50).
The on-board fiber optic cable module (27) remains in the on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50).
7 Install the fiber optic cable module IN (22) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness to be retrofitted into a free slot of the on-board fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) with on-board fiber optic cable module (27).
8 Install on-board fiber optic cable module with number XX14 or number 14 (26) into free slot of fiber optic cable connector (MOST) (X39/50) with fiber optic cable module OUT (23) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness to be retrofitted.
9 Clip on cover (24) of both fiber optic cable connectors (MOST) (X39/50) in direction of arrow.
10 Position the fiber optic cable connectors (MOST) (X39/50) to match the lengths of the on-board fiber optic cable modules on the control unit plate.
11 Route MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness (20) as per picture in luggage compartment and fasten such that it does not chafe.
The coupling housing (21) of the MOST fiber optic cable wiring harness (20) will be connected to the SDAR control unit together with the SDAR wiring harness at a later stage
