Complaint:

Interior illumination, reading lights and console lighting (depending on what is switched on) light up for approx. 6 seconds and then turn off for approx. 1 second. This occurs repeatedly. See the film in the attachment.

Cause:

Saving of internal data in the OCP is interrupted by a voltage dip. This leads to corrupt data in the fault memory. For this reason the OCP keeps performing a reset.

Remedy:

Using SDS 11/09 or later, flash the overhead control panel.
