AZ88.20-P-0015-02CW Install Spoiler On Rear Bumper.

Repair Materials:

Shown on right attachment on rear bumper (2).







The attachment is identical for single-pipe and twin-pipe exhaust systems. If the protective foils on the adhesive strips are not provided with gripping points, pull up a piece of the protective foil at the ends in question and bend toward the edge of the component at a 45° angle.
Wait until step 7 to remove protective foil.

1. Hold rear spoiler (1) on rear bumper (2) and align contour (arrows).

2. Mark hole center points (arrows) through specified holes in rear spoiler (1) on rear bumper (2).

3. Drill holes (arrows).

Ensure that no other components are damaged when drilling a hole with a diameter of 5 mm.

4. Clean gluing surfaces with specified cleaning agent.

The sealing surfaces must be free of dust and grease.

5. Insert plastic rivets (3).

6. Align rear spoiler (1) on rear bumper (2).
7. Remove protective foil on adhesive strips by pulling at gripping points (shown in magnified section).

Ensure that rear spoiler (1) remains in installation position and makes contact with the contour of the rear bumper (2).Uniformly pull off protective foil.

8. Loosen bolt (4) and adapt distance between edge (arrow) on rear spoiler (1) and end of exhaust cover (5) by pulling exhaust cover (5).

9. Tighten bolt (4).
