AR82.15-P-6100TA Remove/Install Telescoping Nozzle For Headlamp Cleaning System
- with CODE (600) Headlamp cleaning system
- with CODE (489) AIRmatic (semi-active air suspension)

Illustrated On Left Telescopic Nozzle:

1 Remove left headlamp unit
- When removing left telescopic nozzle
2 Fold open telescopic nozzle flap (2)
- When removing right telescopic nozzle
3 Unscrew screw (3).
- When removing right telescopic nozzle
4.1 Remove bottom engine compartment paneling at the front
4.2 Remove bottom part of noise encapsulation at the front
5 Place telescopic nozzle (1) to the rear in the engine compartment
- When removing right telescopic nozzle

NOTE: Until the retaining clip (4) is accessible.

6 Press retaining clip (4) and detach hose (5) from the telescopic nozzle (1)
7 Take out telescopic nozzle (1)
8 Install in the reverse order
9 Check headlamp cleaning system for proper function
