Harsh Activation of Torque Converter Lockup Clutch

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of a harsh 1 --> 2 gear shift, this may be caused by the actuation of the torque converter lockup clutch. The torque converter lockup clutch (KUB) is closed before the 1 --> 2 gear shift in order to reduce slip. To resolve, flash and SCN code the transmission with SDS version 02/08 or later.
