Complaint:
When using the SDconnect diagnosis multiplexer in wireless mode (WLAN), diagnosis aborts occur during the SBC bleeding process or in the subsequent test steps for activating the SBC brake system.
Cause:
Fluctuations in the WLAN signal strength during the SBC bleeding process or in the subsequent test steps for activating the SBC brake system.
Remedy:
Before starting the diagnosis session, connect the SDconnect diagnosis multiplexer to the Star Diagnosis unit using the green Star Diagnosis connecting cable provided in the package.
This prevents aborts from occurring due to fluctuations in the WLAN signal strength during the diagnosis session.
Plugging in the cable connection during an already active diagnosis session does not prevent the faults from occurring because the change from WLAN to a cable connection during an active diagnosis session is not recognized.
