Component Identification:

1 Set the fender flange in several stages in the marked area (B). Use a plastic mallet to avoid damaging paint.

Use a hot air blower to heat up the fender outer edges carefully to a maximum of 70 - 80 degrees C

Do not overheat paint when heating up (maximum 80 degrees C). Repair any damage to the paint.

2 Re-preserve wheel housing with underfloor protection and spray the repositioned fender edges with cavity preservation.
