GF82.30-P-2100-04T Combination Switch, Function

The signals of the combination switch (S4) are read in by the steering column module (N80) and provided to the respective control units via the Controller Area Network bus class B (interior) (CAN-B).

^ Flash on and off
The turn signal is activated by pressing the combination switch (S4) upward for the right side and downward for the left side beyond the detent point.

^ One-touch turn signaling
One-touch turn signaling is activated by briefly pressing the combination switch (S4) upward for the right side and downward for the left side as far as the detent point. The turn signal flashes three times.

^ Main and low beams
The high beam is activated by pressing the combination switch (S4) forward. Switching over from high beam to low beam takes place by pulling back the combination switch (S4) to the zero position.


^ Headlight flasher
The headlamp flasher is activated for as long as the combination switch (S4) is pulled to the rear.

^ Windshield wiper
The windshield wipers are switched on by turning the front part of the combination switch (S4).
- Position "Interval 1" activates the intermittent wipe function with low sensitivity.
- Position "Interval 2" activates the intermittent wipe function with high sensitivity.
- Position "I" activates continuous wiping at a low speed. 0
- Position "II" activates continuous wiping at a high speed.

Model 211.2 only
^ Rear window windshield wiper
The windshield wipers are switched on by turning the 2nd ring on the combination switch (S4).
- Position "1" activates the intermittent wipe function

^ Rear window windshield washer system
The washing function is activated via the following operation:
- Turn 2nd ring on combination switch (S4) upwards beyond position "I" and hold or
- Turn 2nd ring on combination switch (S40) downwards beyond position "0" and hold
