AH42.20-P-0530-01T Notes on installing the cap on the brake stator

Component Identification:

1 Push cap (110) onto brake stator (7d) using a suitable tool.

The depressions in the cap must latch in the grooves of the brake stator.

The force to install the cap (110) must only be applied to the front side of the mounting tabs (arrows).

Do not apply force to the bracket (110a) since this will deform the cap (110) and cause the cap to move around during operation. This leads to the development of noise and causes the brake system to overheat.
