GF91.25-P-2105-01T Dynamic Seat Control Unit, Task
GF91.25-P-2105-01T Dynamic Seat Control Unit, Task
- with CODE (433) Left dynamic seat including multicontour seat
- with CODE (434) Right dynamic seat including multicontour seat
Function conditions
^ No undervoltage and overvoltage and
^ circuit 15c ON (front only) or
^ circuit 15R ON or
^ circuit 15 ON or
^ each door opened for t = 20 s
^ No excess temperature and risk of leakage
The left front dynamic seat control unit (N32/19) and the right front dynamic seat control unit (N32/22), depending on activation, are responsible for
^ implementing the values stored in the memory after a memory button is pressed or
^ the signals from the switch, in accordance with the function requested by the user in the multicontour backrest.
^ inflating and deflating the multicontour backrest according to the read-in requests (memory or manual).
^ recording the actual position and adjustment of stored positions according to data received over a serial interface and maintenance of the set pressure values.
^ a lumbar function that can be activated using the button (pulse).
Control functions
The set specified pressures for the individual cushion areas are regulated by the left front dynamic seat control unit (N32/19) and right front dynamic seat control unit (N32/22) (imperceptible to customer), as long as the functional conditions for manual adjustment have been fulfilled.
Temporary control
Temporary control intervenes after each control procedure (manual adjustment, memory call-up, initialization) for a specific period. It compensates for excess pressure deviations from the specified pressure of each air cushion (cushion areas, connected to a pressure sensor, are jointly in the temporary control phase) within a parameterized time period.
Vacuum deviations during this phase are not compensated for. This phase serves to compensate for large jumps in pressure while sitting down and reclining, immediately and in a comfort oriented manner.
The listed control parameters can be programmed using Star Diagnosis.
Long-term control
After temporary control, the long-term control is activated for the active cushions, until it is reset by higher-priority events. Almost imperceptible for customers, the lumbar is regulated during the specified time period such that the mean value of the active pressure is matched over this time period with the given specified pressure as part of the repeatability.
If it is not possible to adjust to the specified pressure during successive steps, a "gross leak" is detected and its cushion area is completely deactivated until the function conditions are no longer fulfilled.
Non-active air cushions (lumbar) are deflated in increments to a pressure less than the minimum pressure. The listed control parameters can be programmed using Star Diagnosis.
