Headlamp Alignment Actuator: Service and Repair

AR82.10-P-4082T Remove/Install Electric Headlamp Range Adjustment Motor







1 Remove headlamp assembly
2 Detach low beam cover
3 Turn motor for headlamp range adjustment on left (E1m1) or right (E2m1) and pull out slightly
4 Pull back the lock tab (1) using a suitable tool and unclip the ball head at the headlamp range adjustment motor on left (E1m1) or right (E2m1)

CAUTION: Pull back lock tab (1) carefully, as otherwise the lock tab (1) may be damaged.

5 Install in the reverse order
6 Check headlamp adjustment
