Removal and Replacement

AR54.30-P-6015T Remove/Install Instrument Cluster







1 Move steering wheel as far back and low down as possible

NOTE: See Operating Instructions.

2 Disconnect ground cable of battery
3 Grip with the fingers in the gap (arrow) between the covering (1) and instrument cluster (A1) and pull the covering (1) gently backwards until it unlocks at the upper catch hooks (2)

CAUTION: Unclip covering (1) carefully otherwise there is the risk of the upper catch hooks (2) breaking

4 Unclip covering (1) from lower catch hooks (3) by hand and pull out of instrument panel towards the rear

CAUTION: Unclip covering (1) carefully otherwise there is the risk of the lower catch hooks (3) breaking

5 Unscrew bolts (4)
6 Pull the instrument cluster (A1) out of the instrument panel until the electrical connector (5) is accessible
7 Unplug electrical connector (5) and remove instrument cluster (A1)
8 Install in the reverse order
