All the functions for climate control of the vehicle rear compartment can be selected via the control panel rear switch group (S81).

Hot or cold temperature switch in rear compartment on left (6) and hot/cold temperature switch in rear compartment on right 7)
By pressing the hot or cold temperature switch in rear compartment on left (6) or hot or cold temperature rocker switch in rear compartment on right (7) on the control panel rear switch group (S81), the desired interior temperature for the rear compartment can be set separately for the left and right. In the process the left rear blending air flap actuator (M16/30) or right rear blending air flap actuator motor (M16/31) in the comfort automatic air conditioning is actuated by the comfort AAC control and operating unit (N22/7).

Via the left rear center nozzle thumb wheel (4) or the right rear center nozzle thumb wheel (5) the left rear center nozzle (2) or right rear center nozzle (3) can be opened or closed separately for each side as well as regulate the air volume. To open, turn the thumb wheels upward.
