Component Identification:





1 Screw on test cap (02) coolant expansion reservoir (2).
2 Attach control unit (01b) to test cap (02).
3 Attach the venturi nozzle (01c) to control unit (01b).
4 Close the drain and feed valve (01d, 01e).
5 Attach coolant feed hose (7) to coolant container (01a).

Make sure that at least 2 liters extra coolant are in coolant tank (01a) than the maximum fill quantity of the coolant system so that no air is drawn in.

6 Guide waste air hose (8) into an empty container (9).
7 Connect the compressed-air hose (10) to the venturi nozzle (01c) and pressurize.
8 Open drain valve (01d).

A vacuum is created in the cooling system.

9 Open feed valve (01e) until coolant feed hose (7) has filled with coolant.
10 Close drain valve (01d) if the display on the control unit (01b) is in the green area.
11 Detach the compressed air hose (10) from the venturi nozzle (01c) and monitor if the vacuum remains stable for 30 seconds.

if not, check the hoses and connections. Tighten or replace them if necessary and create a vacuum again.

12 Open feed valve (01e).

The cooling system is filled.

13 Open drain valve (01d) if coolant is no longer being suctioned.
14 Remove control unit (01b) along with all the connections and test cap (02).
15 Correct coolant level up to the bottom edge of the filler neck of the coolant expansion reservoir (2).
