1 Check contacts (1) for oxidation, pitting, deformation and other damage.

To prevent damage and malfunctions, never touch, machine or align the contacts (1), contact areas (2a) and contact springs (2b), or treat them with contact spray.

Do not connect any measuring instruments and do not apply voltage.

Replace the control unit (N47-5) if there is oxidation, pitting, deformation or any other damage.

2 Check alignment of plug contacts (3a) of pump motor (3).

To prevent damage and malfunctions, do not connect any measuring instruments and do not apply voltage.

The plug contacts (3a) must be perpendicular to the bottom face (B) and parallel to the side face (S) of the hydraulic unit (A7/3); carefully align the plug contacts (3a) if necessary.
