AR77.20-P-1999T Remove/Install Water Drain Trough on Sliding/Pop-Up Roof
- with CODE (414) Power glass tilting/sliding roof

DANGER:
- Risk of injury to fingers being jammed or squeezed when removing and installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/tailgate or sliding roof.
- When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.

1 Push paneling (1) toward rear
2 Open sliding/pop-up roof approx. 20 cm
3 Unclip covering (2) in center and on side with assembly wedge (6), guide covering (2) out of rubber bellows (4)

NOTE: Installation: Position covering (2) centrically and clip on.

4 Move sliding/pop-up roof panel (3) in pop-up position
5 Detach rubber bellows (4) on both sides at top and bottom and remove

CAUTION: Carefully handle rubber bellows (4), otherwise it could be damaged.

NOTE: Note correct installation position.

6 Press water drain channel (5) on both sides with long wedge (7) out of pop-up bracket (8) and lift out

NOTE: Push in water drain channel (5), on passenger side, between paneling (1) and roof paneling, pull out on driver side and remove.

7 Install in the reverse order
8 Perform teach-in procedure for sliding roof obstruction sensor
