GF77.20-P-3003T Sliding/Pop-Up Roof Desynchronization, Function
GF77.20-P-3003T Sliding/Pop-Up Roof Desynchronization, Function
- with CODE (414a) Electric glass sliding/pop-up roof
Desynchronization occurs when:
^ the power supply has been interrupted.
^ the sliding/pop-up roof has exceeded the defined motion range by 25 rotations of the SR motor (M12m1).
^ one of the two Hall sensor signals is absent for t > 160 ms.
^ two Hall sensor signals are missing for t > 160 ms in spite of reversing of the sliding/pop-up roof.
^ the defined Hall sensor signal sequence is faulty.
^ a defect was recognized in the excessive force limiter.
In the desynchronized state, the position of the sliding/pop-up roof is not known.
The sliding/pop-up roof can only be moved manually in the "open sliding roof" and "open pop-up roof" direction with the roof system switch (N70s1).
Closing is no longer possible using the roof system switch (N70s1) because it cannot definitely identify the direction of motor rotation. The drive is actuated for only approx. 0.2 s to indicate the desynchronized state and protect the mechanical end stop in the position "open sliding roof". It is then necessary to actuate the roof system switch (N70s1) again.
In order to restore the complete function, it is necessary to synchronize the sliding/pop-up roof.
