If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of a cracked mirror glass, this may be caused by actuation of the mirror glass heater at cold outside temperatures. To remedy, install a new mirror glass, as outlined in WIS document AR88.70-P-9020CW (204) or AR88.70-P-9020TX (211).
