AR35.10-P-0055-04T Check bolted connection

Modification Notes:

Rear Axle Carrier:

1 Set torque wrench to 100 Nm.
2 Apply set torque to bolt (in release direction).
^ If the torque wrench cracks, then the bolted connection is OK and the test over.
^ If the bolt is released, then the bolted connection is not OK Proceed with step 3.
3 Unscrew bolt and replace bolt.
4 Clean thread of bolt in frame floor assembly.
5 Tighten new bolt according to tightening instructions (see table above).
6 Set torque wrench to 130 Nm.
7 Apply set torque to bolt (in tighten direction).
^ If the torque wrench cracks, then the actual torque (≥130 Nm) has been reached, the bolted connection is OK and the test over.
^ If the bolt turns, then the actual torque (≤130 Nm) has not been reached and the bolted connection is not OK Proceed with step 8.
8 In this case, the base plate must be inspected for cracks using an endoscope
