Illustrated On Front Left Speaker:

1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Using longitudinal wedge, unclip the speaker cover (1) out of the paneling (2)

See "Special Tools" given below.

3 Disconnect electrical connector from the left front speaker (H4/9) or right front speaker (H4/10) and detach the speaker cover (1) with the left front speaker (H4/9) or right front speaker (H4/10)
4 Detach toothed lock washer (3) and remove front left speaker (H4/9) or front right speaker (H4/10) from the speaker cover (1)

NOTE: Installation: Replace damaged toothed lock washers (3)

5 Install in the reverse order
