1 Remove overhead control panel and expose the strapped down microphone line.


Do not unplug connection lines from the overhead control panel.

2 Cut off the connector housing on the hands-free system microphone (6) and expose the lines.


Hands-free system microphone is included in the kit.

3 Attach new female contacts (40) to the exposed lines.







4 Insert the orange line (or) into chamber 1 of the new 2-pin connector housing (41). Insert the second line into chamber 2.
5 Connect hands-free system microphone (6) to the exposed plug housing (MIC) and adhere to the left-hand side of the overhead control panel (N70) pointing toward the driver.
6 Fasten lines with self-adhesive felt.
7 Reinstall overhead control panel (N70)
