AN82.61-P-7474-04TTT Retrofit Antenna For Global Positioning System (GPS)

1 Adhere felt tape to the top of the GPS antenna (A2/23).

Upper side of GPS antenna (A2/23) does not have any covering foil.

2 Connect adapter line (12) with antenna line (11) of GPS antenna (A2/23).
3 Wrap felt tape around the antenna line (11) and the adapter line (12).







4 Detach covering foil on underside of GPS antenna (A2/23) and glue GPS antenna (A2/23), as shown, into the left upper opening of the instrument cluster cover.

The opening of the GPS antenna (A2/23) must face the top side of the dashboard. The antenna line of the GPS antenna (A2/23) faces the steering wheel.

5 Route the antenna line of the GPS antenna (A2/23) to the radio recess in the center console.







6 Attach couplings (8) to radio control panel and navigation unit (A2/56).
7 Connect blue connector for adapter line (12) to radio control panel and navigation unit (A2/56).







8 Slide radio control panel and navigation unit (A2/56) into the radio recess and fix in place using the screws/bolts (7).
