Test sequence Carry out control unit reset.Perform test drive with two people. ( Always observe road traffic regulations. )Important note

- This function for regenerating the diesel particulate filter while driving may only be started if the vehicle can be driven for approx. 15 min without any extended stops.
- Driving on a freeway or a country road is best suited for this purpose.
- A period of constant driving is the only way to ensure that the high temperatures and exhaust volume flow rate required for regeneration are present for the necessary length of time.
