Function
The AAC sun sensor (4 in total) (B32/2) records the intensity of the insolation's angle of incidence to the vehicle.
The measured values are sent on by the AAC sun sensor (4 in total) (B32/2) via the air conditioning data bus to the AAC pushbutton control module (N22).
This enables the in-car temperature and blower speed to be automatically adapted depending upon the level of radiation intensity (brightness). Moreover, where radiation is of a one-side nature, then a suitable temperature difference is automatically set between the right and left regulated specified temperatures.
