1 Route tie-out with multiple connector for voice control system control unit (A35/11) from voice control system wiring harness (1) to center duct.

Component Identification:

2 Route voice control system wiring harness (1) with red/black (rt/ws) lead to rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) and fasten.
3 Insert fuse carrier with 5 A fuse into plug position 64 for fuse 64 (K40/5f64) of the rear fuse and relay module (K40/5).

Plug position 64 for fuse 64 (K40/5f64) is marked in yellow.

4 Connect brown ground line (br) to ground (frame) (W30).







5 Route voice control system wiring harness (1) through opening (arrow) in left cable duct along present lines and fasten.
6 Route voice control system wiring harness (1) to A-pillar in left cable duct.
7 Insert blue/black branch-off line (bl/sw) from the voice control wiring harness (1) into chamber 5 of the existing wake-up signal/diagnosis distributor connector (X30/14).
8 Expose telephone wiring harness (arrow) and disconnect connector from microphone separation point.

Component Identification:

9 Install the two connectors of the voice control system wiring harness (1) to microphone separation point (X58/3) standard connectors.

Tie back excess of microphone lead from voice control system wiring harness (1) in left cable duct
