Remove/Install Tensioning Device Of Compressor Poly V-belt

Illustrated On Engine 113.992:

1 Remove poly V-belt of compressor (2)
2 Unscrew bracket of compressor cooling pipes
- Bracket for charge air cooler water pipes: 7 N.m (For Engine 113.992)
- Bracket for charge air cooler water pipes: 14 N.m (For Engine 113.990/991)
3 Unscrew bolt (4) of tensioning device of supercharger (3)
- Self-tapping bolt of belt tensioner to timing case cover
- Thread not pre-tapped: 35 N.m
- Thread pretapped: 25 N.m
- Bolt of belt tensioner to timing case cover: 35 N.m
4 Take compressor tensioning device (3) off timing case cover together with tensioning pulley (1)
5 Install in the reverse order
