Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair

AR80.20-P-2300TA Remove/Install CL Element Fuel Filler Flap







1 Disconnect ground cable of battery
2 Remove right inner side paneling of load compartment
3 Loosen screws (1) and remove CL tank flap motor (M14/10) from side wall until electrical connector on CL tank flap motor (M14/10) is accessible.

NOTE: Installation:
- Feel guide duct and insert locking pin (4) into guide duct.
- Slide CL tank flap motor (M14/10) to stop toward front and tighten screws (1).

4 Disconnect electrical connector on CL tank flap motor (M14/10)
5 Unscrew screws 82) and remove mount (3) from CL tank flap motor
- Only when replacing tank flap CL [ZV] motor (M14/10).

NOTE: Installation: Install CL tank flap motor (M14/10) against stop in oblong holes of mount (3).

6 Install in the reverse order
