AR13.22-P-3902-04T Tension Poly-V-belt Pin For Locking Poly-V-belt Tensioning Device

Hold front part (1) of tensioning device tight when removing the pin (2) in order to prevent the tensioning pulley (4) snapping back suddenly.

1 Pull pin (2) (tool to be shop-made) out of holes in front part (1) and housing (3) of tensioning device in order to be able to turn tensioning pulley (4) into its initial position.

2 Slowly turn front part (1) of tensioning device in clockwise direction (arrow) until the poly-V-belt is tensioned by the force of the spring.
